Amateur Radio (Ham) Basic Theory

Some people would like to be involved in providing emergency communications, but they don't have a very good understanding of basic principles of electricity and radio communications. This section explains basic principles that will help them understand the other sections of this blog. This understanding will also give persons a head start if they are or will be taking a study class for an amateur radio license. The explanations don't give a lot of detail, and are appropriate for the initial understanding of people who know little or nothing about electricity and radio principles
